“Vertical Dreams on Vietnam’s Coast”
Da Nang was once a sleepy coastal town where fishermen cast nets under pink sunsets and market vendors sang through the morning buzz. But along its windswept shores, a new skyline rises like glass sails catching the wind—ambitious and gleaming. Among the towers, the Nobu Hotel & Residences stands as a symbol of how far the city has come.
A cantilevered sky pool spills light like silk onto My Khe Beach below. Inside, the scent of black cod miso drifts from an open kitchen where tradition meets precision. The lobby hums quietly—Japanese timber, smooth concrete, and the rustle of linen robes.
Young designers sip iced lychee tea on the rooftop, sketching modern silhouettes against the curve of the Han River. Below, morning joggers pass cafés serving phở with wagyu. Locals pause and wonder if this is still their city—and smile, because it is.
Da Nang isn’t losing its soul. It’s unfolding it. Layer by layer—like rice paper wrapped around new ideas.
Da Nang is buzzing with ambitious new developments that are reshaping its skyline and urban identity. Here are some standout projects currently underway or recently launched:
